At The Bottle Gallery, we take pride in the quality of our products and carefully inspect all orders before shipment. Due to the nature of our products and inventory management processes, all sales are final. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.

All Sales Are Final

The Bottle Gallery does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect product selection

• Buyer’s remorse

• Preference regarding size, color, style, or design

• Accidental orders

• Delayed deliveries caused by shipping carriers

• Gift purchases

• Products that have been used, washed, or altered

Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded except as outlined below.

Damaged or Defective Products

To qualify for a replacement, you must:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery

• Provide your order number

• Provide clear photographs showing the damage or defect

• Retain the original product and packaging until your claim is reviewed

Claims submitted after the 7-day reporting period may not be eligible for replacement.

Approved Damage Claims

If we determine that the product was damaged during shipping or contains a manufacturing defect, The Bottle Gallery may, at its sole discretion:

• Replace the damaged product, or

• Issue store credit equal to the purchase price if a replacement is unavailable

We do not guarantee cash refunds for damaged items unless required by applicable law.

Exclusions

The following are not considered damaged or defective products:

• Normal wear and tear

• Minor cosmetic variations that do not affect functionality

• Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, improper cleaning, or improper storage

• Damage caused after delivery

• Scratches, dents, or marks caused by customer handling

• Dissatisfaction with color, finish, or design appearance as displayed on different screens or devices

Lost or Stolen Packages

The Bottle Gallery is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after being marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and secure.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds.

If a returned package is received by us, we may offer reshipment at the customer's expense.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact The Bottle Gallery before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Filing a chargeback for a purchase that is not eligible for a refund under this policy may result in the suspension of future purchasing privileges.
