Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns.

Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Customized or final-sale items are not eligible for return.

Refund Process.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
